Website and SEO services built to
work harder
make sense
get found
earn their keep
Because your website should do
more than sit there looking pretty
You don't need a website that looks nice and quietly minds its own business.
You need one that helps the right humans find you, understand your expertise and feel confident choosing you.
My website and SEO services bring together strategy, SEO and AI visibility, conversion-conscious copy and WordPress development, so you’re not trying to solve each part in isolation.
Depending on what your website needs, that might mean clearer website copy, a stronger sales page, specialist legal content, a new website build or a combination of the lot.
For many new websites and substantial redevelopments, we’ll start with Strategy. That gives us a clearer view of what’s working, what isn’t and what really deserves your budget before anyone starts writing, designing or building.
Already have strong, recent strategic foundations? Great. We may be able to head straight into the website work. No making you pay for strategy for the sake of it.
When your website isn't earning its keep
Maybe it’s not bringing in enough of the right enquiries.
Maybe your services have evolved, but the website still sounds like the business you were three years ago.
Maybe people are finding you through Google but aren’t taking the next step. Or your website converts reasonably well when someone lands there, but you’re not showing up often enough in search engines or AI-generated answers in the first place.
And then there are the websites where no single thing looks dramatically wrong.
The copy is fine. The design is fine. The SEO seems fine.
But somehow, the whole thing isn’t doing much to help the businesses grow.
That’s because websites don’t operate as a collection of separate little jobs.
Your positioning affects your copy. Your copy affects conversion. Your copy and website structure affects SEO and AI visibility. Your design affects how easily humans can find what they need. And the technical foundations underneath the lot affect whether search engines can properly access and understand it.
Fixing one piece in isolation might help.
But if the real problem sits somewhere else, or across several of those pieces at once, you can spend a lot of money lovingly improving the wrong thing.

Your website needs a plan, not a patch-up
Before anyone rewrites a page, redesigns the homepage or
starts disappearing into WordPress, it helps to know what
problem we’re solving.
A website has a few jobs to juggle.
It needs to:
- help the right humans find you
- make your expertise easy to understand
- build enough trust for someone to keep reading
- guide them towards the right service
- and make taking the next step feel straightforward
If one of those things isn’t happening, the answer could be better copy. Stronger SEO. A clearer website structure. Technical improvements. A redevelopment.
Or, very often, a combination.
That’s why I don’t treat web design and SEO, website copy and development as completely separate little islands.
The right website and SEO solution depends on what’s already working, where the gaps are and what your business needs the website to achieve.
For many new websites and site redevelopments, Strategy gives us that direction first.
If you already have solid strategic foundations in place, we’ll use them.
Either way, the goal is the same: do the right work in the right order rather than paying to undo and redo later.
Different websites need different kinds of help.
Once we know what your website needs to achieve and where the gaps are, we can work out what belongs in your solution.
Sometimes the words need to work. Sometimes the structure or search visibility is holding things back. Sometimes the website itself has outgrown your business.
And sometimes several pieces need sorting at once.
Not sure where to start? Start with strategy
For many new websites and substantial redevelopments, my SEO & AI Visibility Strategy Intensive comes first.
It gives us space to look at the bigger picture before your money starts disappearing into copy, SEO or website development. We can then pinpoint what’s limiting your visibility, where the strongest opportunities are and what deserves priority.
From there, your solution might include ...
SEO website copywriting
Need clearer website content that helps the right humans find you, understand what you do and feel confident taking the next step?
I combine SEO, AI visibility, conversion copywriting and plain English communication to write website copy that works for humans and search without sounding like it was written to please a robot.
Sales page copywriting
Got a strong offer but a sales page that isn’t quite making the case for it?
I write conversion-focused sales pages built around your buyer, your brand voice and the questions standing between them and a decision. No hype, hard sell or sleazy second-hand car salesman energy required.
Legal copywriting
For law firms and other professional service businesses dealing with complex subject matter, clarity matters.
As an ex-lawyer, I translate industry jargon into clear, credible website content that helps your ideal humans understand why your expertise matters, while giving the visibility gods (AKA Google and AI tools) the context they need too.
SEO website design & development
If your website itself needs a rethink, I design and develop strategic WordPress websites around search visibility, clear content and how humans move through a site.
That might mean a new website or a substantial redevelopment, with SEO-friendly structure and technical foundations considered from the start.
Need the words too? We can plan the words and build together so they’re working in sync from day one.
The kind of feedback I like getting

Rachel did an awesome job on my website. Western Sydney Simple Fix would recommend her for anyone wanting to do a website or maintenance / improvements to their website.

Rachel is an absolute gem. We have used her for blog posts previously but have recently engaged her to redesign our website and revamp the copy. Rachel made the whole process seem easy, communicated the whole way through, was quick to answer queries and assist. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her and will continue to use her services for our SEO.

Working with Rachel was a breeze from the very beginning. I understood the process and what to expect before she delivered not only what I requested, but more. She picked up on things I hadn't considered and made proactive suggestions to make my website pop, as well as making it easy to read and user friendly. Highly recommend.
Questions you might be asking
Do I need to start with strategy?
Not always.
For many new websites and substantial redevelopments, starting with strategy makes sense because it helps us work out what needs fixing, what deserves priority and what the website needs to do before we start writing or building.
If you already have strong, recent strategic foundations and a clear scope, we may be able to move straight into the website work.
We’ll work that out before making you pay for strategy you don’t need.
Can you help with the website content without building my website?
Yep.
If you already have a designer, developer or internal marketing team, I can handle the strategy and/or website copy and provide the finished content in a clearly structured copy deck for them to work from.
No turf wars required.
Can you work with my existing copywriter, developer or marketing team?
Abso-bloody-lutely.
I regularly work alongside other specialists and internal teams.
Sometimes you need me to own a particular part of the project. Or you need strategic input or another experienced brain helping everyone pull in the same direction.
We’ll agree on who’s doing what before the project starts so there are fewer mysterious gaps for everyone to stare at later.
Do your website services include SEO and AI visibility?
SEO and AI visibility are considered as part of the broader website picture, but the exact work depends on your project.
For website copy, that may include keyword research and search-intent research, clearer content structure and stronger context around your services and expertise.
For website development, it may include an SEO-friendly site structure, technical SEO foundations, metadata and internal linking.
I won’t bolt random SEO tasks onto a project because they sound impressive in a proposal. We’ll focus on the work your website needs.
Can you work with my existing website, or do I need a completely new one?
You don’t automatically need to throw the whole thing in the bin and start again.
Sometimes an existing website needs stronger copy, clearer structure, better search foundations or a strategic redevelopment rather than a complete rebuild.
The first job is working out what’s worth keeping, what’s getting in the way and where your investment will have the most impact.
How much do your website and SEO services cost?
It depends on what the project involves (does that make me
sound like an ex-lawyer?!)
A standalone sales page, a website copywriting project and a full WordPress website redevelopment are very different scopes. This means one catch-all website price wouldn’t tell you very much.
You’ll find current prices and package information on the relevant service pages where appropriate.
Once I understand what you need, I’ll recommend the most sensible scope and give you clear pricing before we begin, rather than quietly adding surprise extras as we go.

We'll start with a short conversation about your goals, your current website and the smartest strategic next step.
