How does it work?

You let me know if you need 30 minutes or 60 minutes worth of support. Unsure? Get in touch and let’s chat.
02.
You give me details of your website, including the URL and Administrative access to the back end of your website.
03.
We’ll arrange a suitable day and time to jump on Zoom to chat about your website issues. I’ll record the session so you can refer back to it. Or you can email me a list of your issues and I’ll log into your website and record how I fix them.
04.
I’ll email you a link to the recording of your support session for your future reference. That way, you don’t need to run back to me if that issue arises again (unless you’d love to run back to me, of course!)
The knitty gritty details
You’ll need to pay for the support session before work begins. If your issues aren’t solvable in the allocated time, you may need to book in a WordPress health check or WordPress training or further support.
